Its really in interesting top while from more than two decades we are using Led acid Li-ion batteries for our domestic use starting from home inverters, Office inverters and UPS, emergency power supplies and lighting system which self charging solar panels.
Its time to move for another technology which is more efficient and economical at the same time.
The LiFePo4 batteries are now more efficient in terms of
a. Rapid charging and discharging
b. Higher life cycle from 2000 to 2500 where led acid batteries are limited to maximum 200 cycles.
c. Best known for their strong safety profile, the result of extremely stable chemistry. When subjected to hazardous events, such as collision or short-circuiting, they won’t explode or catch fire, significantly reducing any chance of harm. Useable capacity In contrary to lead-acid batteries 100% of the nominal capacity of LiFePO4 batteries can be used.
d. The Operating temperature range starts from -20 to +45 degree which is a strong operating temperature range for a battery.
